Satellite Tournaments

2025 Satellite Boys and Girls tournament entries (including Hillsdene Junior and 2nd XI Development) will open at midday on Thursday 1st May 2025 and will remain open until 5pm on Thursday 8th May 2025.

The entry process for all satellite tournaments has removed the 'first in' system and has been replaced by teams being asked for a first and second choice tournament.  NZSS Football will allocate teams to tournaments based on availability, past years' performance and loyalty.

Important Entry Information

All entries must be processed through an online registration system that will be accessed through our website (see links above)

Affiliation Fees:

Every tournament entry includes a non-refundable affiliation fee of $200.00 (incl GST) and is payable on receipt of invoice and by no later than 15th May 2025 for Premier tournament and 1st June 2025 for satellite tournaments.

Entry Fees:

In the extreme event that a tournament, (or tournaments), should be cancelled - schools will be offered a refund of entry fees paid excluding the affiliation fee.

In addition to the affiliation fee, every entry will be charged the following entry fee:

Boys Premier Tournament entry fee for 2025 will be $1665.00 (incl GST) (Total $1865.00 incl affiliation fee)

Girls Premier Tournament entry fee for 2025 will be $1565.00 (incl GST) (Total $1765.00 incl affiliation fee)

An invoice will be emailed within a few days of entry being finalised and is due by 1st July 2025.

Satellite Tournaments entry fees will be:

- Boys 5 day tournaments $1127.50 (incl GST) (Total $1327.50 incl affiliation fee)

- Boys 4 day tournaments $1012.50 (incl GST) (Total $1212.50 incl affiliation fee)

- Boys Junior and 2nd XI tournaments  $925.00 (incl GST) *Please note - all teams must be prepared to provide a referee for these tournaments

- Girls 5 day tournaments $951.00 (incl GST) (Total $1151.00 incl affiliation fee)

- Girls 4 day tournaments $836.00 (incl GST) (Total $1036.00 incl affiliation fee)

An invoice will be emailed within a few days of entry being finalised and is payable by 1st June 2025
