New Zealand Secondary School Boys Football will be sending an under 16 and an under 19 representative team to Australia in the July school holidays and is now seeking player nominations.

The team will play games against the Australia Secondary Schools and State Secondary Schools Teams.

To be considered for selection a completed nomination form needs to be returned to nzssfootball@gmail.com by 3pm on Friday 7 February 2019.

If selected to trial, players must be available to attend a training camp/trial on the 8th to 10th March 2019 at the Rugby and Sports Institute in Palmerston North (Players will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the training camp, at their own cost).

To be eligible for selection players must be:-

-     Under age as at 1 January 2019

-     Be attending and playing football for a New Zealand Secondary School at the time of the           tour i.e. July 2019

-     Be a New Zealand Domestic Student as defined by the Ministry of Education i.e.

a)         a NZ Citizen

b)         the holder of a residence permit

c)          an Australian citizen

d)         a NZ passport holder (e.g. Cook Islands)

e)         a dependent of a work permit holder, refugee, diplomat

f)          Exchange Students on MOE approved Exchange Organiser Programmes
